Email is NOT secure and has practical size limitations. If any documents you send or are to receive contain personal information of a nature that needs to be secured, or the files are large (over 3 MB) we employ our secure document delivery system. There is never a charge for this.
All documents sent or received in this manner clear directly our Director Richard Kahn's secure FPG-USA (the same as our logo in our header) document intake portal where they will be reviewed, assigned and a response sent to you.
For best results, please follow these suggestions when and if you scan documents yourself to send:

Printed documents are best in black and white document format at 300 dpi.

Use Color Photo settings (300 dpi) for Blue ink signature and color photos.

If we require full color or original large file size documentation in your possession we will request these.

We use state of the art video and audio meetings with screen and file sharing on desktop and mobile devices.

We conduct online teleconference meetings with as many participants as needed, in a virtual conference room setting. Participants worldwide with internet connection can participate.

This is better than being there physically in person because it eliminates travel, time and costs while facilitating convenience and productivity.
