• Company Credentials. It's a good idea to check State corporation and licensing government web sites to verify corporate ownership and stability. The same owner and principal Richard M. Kahn has had continuous uninterrupted ownership since 1978. FIRPTA IRS cases can take months so you want to be sure your interests are represented by continuous management and personnel.
