Richard also brings his years as an IRS AFSP TaxPro, IRS Certified Acceptance Agent and FIRPTA TaxPro for FIRPTA Refunds (Co-Owned by FPG-USA).

• 1985 - 2003: Commercial Real Estate Development and Commercial Lending.  Founder, CEO, CFO, Dir., and Tax Matters partner, overseeing the acquisition, development, management, tax, real estate and regulatory compliance for dozens of investment partners.

 

• 1978-1995: Affiliated Real Estate Analysts, Inc. (A.R.E.A. - NY).  Founder, CEO, CFO, Dir., and Tax Matters Partner. Starting out with one, the enterprise successfully expanded to over 60 anchored commercial shopping centers, several dozen strip centers, free standing out parcels; dozens of residential apartment buildings and hundreds of apartment in over one dozen States in the USA.

• 1973-1978: National Real Estate Tax Shelter Product Manager for Merrill Lynch, New York City. Responsible for bringing business offerings to Merrill's international based account executives. Richard's boss, Don Regan, CEO  of Merrill Lynch became U.S. Treasury Secretary under President Ronald Reagan in 1981.
